This time of year right before April Conference is always a little, well. . . stressful. But we're surviving.
We also went to our first ever caucus meeting. I should be embarrassed to admit that. I guess I am.
It was interesting and informative and looooooong. :) But well worth it. The delegates that were elected will represent our precinct very well.
This little girl is sad because her primary teacher passed away a few days ago.
He has been a good friend and neighbor for many years and we will all miss him. Marg decided to make him a flower to put on his grave.
Brother Calkins was only her teacher for two weeks this year before he got sick. We asked her what she loved about Brother Calkins and why she felt so close to him.
She said, "Every Sunday when it was time to go home he would say LOVE YOU."
She obviously felt his love and knew he meant it. She put those same words on the flower she made for him.
A very sweet guesture from a very tender hearted little girl.
This little one is growing and taking her first few steps.
She keeps us laughing and reminds us what is really important in life.
We are so grateful for our little Willie Pad.

Margaret's sentiment brought tears to my eyes. She is so tender. Brother Calkins is so wonderful and full of love. He blessed so many people, so willingly! Always with a smile and complete love and acceptance. Such great gifts in one person!
