The girl earned a High School Letter! That is not easy to do. They just don't hand these out to anyone.

Being eligible to compete at "State" and doing very well made her eligible to receive one. It takes a lot of work to get to "state."

She hasn't had the advantage of private lessons like her two older siblings, and for that I will always feel guilty that we weren't able to provide her with lessons. BUT she has excelled none the less. By sheer will, determination, and talent.

You are my dear, dear girl Caroline, and so VERY talented. Don't you ever forget that.
